Features

1.The integral elastic centralizer must first meet the technical requirements of starting force and resetting force stipulated in GBT 19831.1-2005.Reducing slurry displacement and saving cementing operation time.

2.The integral elastic centralizer can be divided into two types according to the material forming form:the tube stamping type and the sheet rolling stamping type.It should be formed by one piece of pipe as a whole.

(1)The integral stamping of the pipe must be made of a circular steel pipe through cutting,wire saw,hydraulic forming and other processes without welding.As shown in the right picture.

(2)The sheet coiling stamping type should have a whole steel plate cutting,coiling, wire saw,welding and other processes of final hydraulic forming,allowing welding,but the number of welds is only allowed to have one.
